Sins of Ahab & Jezebel

Punishments & Fulfillment
- Ahab's punishment: Elijah prophesied Ahab’s doom: "dogs will lick Ahab’s blood" and the end of his dynasty (1 Kings 21:19–24). Fulfilled when Ahab was mortally wounded (1 Kings 22:34–38).
- Jezebel's punishment: Thrown from a window, trampled by horses, and eaten by dogs (2 Kings 9:30–37), fulfilling Elijah’s prophecy.
- Jehu's judgment: Jehu executed Ahab’s descendants and wiped out his house as divine judgment (2 Kings 9–10).
Key passages: 1 Kings 16–22; 2 Kings 9–10; 1 Kings 21.
